HOW OFTEN DO THE WORKOUTS CHANGE?

All the workouts will change every 2-4 weeks.  You will see slight modifications for rep ranges from week to week.  But we will stay with the same cycle for 2-4 weeks so that we can make progress because progress is the name of the game.  You can’t progress if you constantly change everything up everytime you walk into the gym.  The fallacy of “confusing your muscles” is idiotic.  Sorry not sorry. 

Movements, rep ranges, rest periods, etc will change enough to elicit adaptation in your body and often enough to mitigate plateaus.  Programming is an art, and we are Artists.  That’s why you are here.  

Exercise is for amateurs.  Training is why pros become pros.  We don’t do things that have no rhyme or reason.  Everything you see in your app has a purpose, or it wouldn’t be there.
