WHO ARE THE WORKOUT FOR?

Supra Human Workouts are for anyone who’s looking to MAXIMIZE their effort and become EFFICIENT in their routine.  Too many times people are running inefficient strategies when it comes to their exercise, and despite the effort being put in, still look AVERAGE AF.

 

It is 100% possible to Look, Feel, and Perform like a complete savage with 4 workouts per week for 60 minutes.  You don’t need 7.  You don’t need 2 hour sessions.  And you don’t need 2x/day.  

 

This program is not for those who are trying to win body building competitions.  I don’t give a shit about that.  This is for the Dads who are also entrepreneurs, executives, and Leaders who want to be in elite shape while fulfilling their monetary and familial obligations and desires at the same time.  

This program serves the purpose and need for MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY so that you stop wasting valuable time.  Every single week you will know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how much of it to do.  It takes out all the guesswork.  

This is for Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced trainees because you will be able to scale with intensity and effort.  I personally use this program and continue to get better every single year.  

HOW OFTEN DO THE WORKOUTS CHANGE?

All the workouts will change every 2-4 weeks.  You will see slight modifications for rep ranges from week to week.  But we will stay with the same cycle for 2-4 weeks so that we can make progress because progress is the name of the game.  You can’t progress if you constantly change everything up everytime you walk into the gym.  The fallacy of “confusing your muscles” is idiotic.  Sorry not sorry. 

Movements, rep ranges, rest periods, etc will change enough to elicit adaptation in your body and often enough to mitigate plateaus.  Programming is an art, and we are Artists.  That’s why you are here.  

Exercise is for amateurs.  Training is why pros become pros.  We don’t do things that have no rhyme or reason.  Everything you see in your app has a purpose, or it wouldn’t be there. 

WHAT ABOUT THE NUTRITION?

It’s very true that for alot of you Dialing in your Nutrition is 80% of the battle.  We have a full blown coaching service for people who want a 100% custom approach, which I believe is always the fastest way from point A to Point B.
